Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:
- Orders $99 and above: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $99: $8.00 flat rate standard shipping
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes; no additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3-6 business days depending on your location and carrier routing. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time (1-2 business days) plus transit time (3-6 business days).
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers based on your location and product specifications.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@firmsofabase.com.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@firmsofabase.com or +1 817-903-8698. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered our fulfillment process.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once you receive the package. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@firmsofabase.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
For damaged items, we may arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. Return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by Firmsofabase.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your package.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues.
