At Firmsofabase, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines our commitment to addressing defects and issues with items purchased from our store.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant that products purchased from Firmsofabase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for expedited resolution.

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Clear photos showing the issue (packaging, product damage, defect, etc.)
  • Date and time of delivery

DOA claims reported within 48 hours will be prioritized for resolution. Claims reported after 48 hours may still be reviewed under our standard return policy (30 days from delivery).

Warranty Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, we will work with you to provide one of the following resolutions based on the specific circumstances:

  • Replacement: We may send you a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Repair: We may provide instructions or parts for repair if applicable
  • Refund: We may issue a full refund to your original payment method
  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit for future purchases

The resolution method will be determined based on product availability, the nature of the defect, and other relevant factors. We will communicate the proposed resolution to you for approval before proceeding.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

If a return is required for a valid warranty claim, Firmsofabase will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for pickup as appropriate.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Damage from improper assembly or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third parties
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage caused during return shipping by the customer

Warranty Period

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for warranty coverage but may still qualify under our standard return policy if within the 30-day return window.

Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Firmsofabase. To the extent permitted by law, Firmsofabase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
