Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order with Firmsofabase.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible:

We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet entered our fulfillment process. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
If we are able to successfully cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you have two options:
- Refuse Delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once we receive it. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for refused packages.
- Return After Delivery: You may accept delivery and then initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Processing Time Considerations
To maximize your chances of successful cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel. Keep in mind:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST are processed the next business day
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is successful, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Partial Cancellations
If you need to cancel only certain items from a multi-item order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate partial cancellations, but this depends on whether the order has already been processed for shipment.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order (change shipping address, update items, etc.) rather than cancel it entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate modifications before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in our fulfillment system.
