Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: For returns due to buyer preference (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Firmsofabase will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for pickup.

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund. Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by Firmsofabase.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
